Eight ways a store quietly loses money

More than a decade of WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify work comes down to these eight areas. Most problems I see sit where two of them meet, which is why they get missed.

Before you ask

Who is Niral Sura?

Niral Sura is the founder of Flying Star Technologies in Mumbai, building and fixing websites and ecommerce stores since 2012. He traces why stores lose orders, ad spend and Google traffic, and publishes real case files from that work.

Who do you work with?

Store owners and D2C founders who do not have an in-house developer. Mostly Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress sites. You do not need to be technical. You need to know something is off.

Do you work on WordPress sites?

Yes. Flying Star builds WordPress and WooCommerce sites and looks after them through WP Care: tested backups, patched plugins, working cron, speed and security. WP Care starts from ₹3,999 a month.

What is Flying Star Technologies?

My company, based in Kandivali West, Mumbai, building since 2012. It runs WP Care, Woo2Shopify, Truefeed, Firstlight and Shopify builds, plus 100+ listed services and 25+ free tools on flyingstar.in.

Do you need my passwords on the first call?

No. Start with the symptom: what you saw, and since when. Access comes later, only for the parts I need to check.
